The directors of Mansfield
Ford DelVecchio, of Mansfield, has been named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester of 2021 at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pa. DelVecchio is a member of the Class of 2021. To qualify, students must achieve a GPA of 3.5 or higher on a scale of 4.0.
Campbell (Cammi) A. MacKenzie, of Easton, graduated in June from Clark University in Worcester. MacKenzie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology.
Katherine Rispoli, of Mansfield, has been named to the Dean’s List for the spring 2021 semester at Emerson College in Boston. Rispoli, class of 2024, studies writing, literature and publishing. To qualify, students must achieve a GPA of 3.7 or higher during the semester.
Providence Country Day School
Hannah Eno, of Mansfield, recently received the Mary Elizabeth Hunt Award at Providence Country Day School in East Providence, Rhode Island. Eno is a member of Class 2025. The award is presented in honor of Betty Hunt, the school receptionist for many years.
Rose DiSandro, Matthew Howe and Colin Madden, of Mansfield, graduated in May from Providence Country Day School in East Providence, Rhode Island. DiSandro, who will be attending Springfield College, also received the J. Roderick Eaton Sportsmanship Award and Sports Director Citation. Howe, who will be attending Boston College, received the Award for Excellence in Biology and the Faculty’s Citation for his loyalty and commitment to excellence in all areas of school life. Madden will go to Temple University.
Salem State University
Several Mansfield residents have been named to the Dean’s List for the 2021 spring semester at Salem State University in Massachusetts. The students and their schools are Lily Barnes, College of Arts and Sciences; Olivia Fasino, Faculty of Arts and Sciences; and Gina Piro, Maguire Meservey College of Health and Social Services.
Rochester Institute of Technology
Will Mackin, of Mansfield, has been named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester of 2021 at the Rochester Institute of Technology in New York City. Mackin is in the computer science program. To qualify, undergraduates must achieve a cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher for nine credit hours of traditionally graded courses; must not have any grade of “incomplete”, NE, D or F; and must have enrolled and completed at least 12 credit hours.
University of Connecticut
Caleb White, of Mansfield, was recently introduced to the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society at the University of Connecticut in Storrs, Connecticut. White is one of more than 30,000 students, faculty, professional staff and alumni who are introduced to Phi Kappa Phi each year. Membership is by invitation only and requires a Chapter nomination and approval. The top 10% of seniors and 7.5% of juniors are eligible to become members. Students graduating in the top 10% of the number of applicants for graduate degrees may also be eligible, as may professors, professional staff, and alumni who have achieved scholarly distinction.

Matthew Correia, Kira Goldman, and Alma Jeri-Wahrhaftig, of Mansfield, have been named to the Dean’s List for the 2021 spring semester at the University of Connecticut in Storrs, Connecticut. To qualify, students must be enrolled for at least 12 calculable credits for quality points; must not receive any grade lower than C, including the actual alphabetical grade assigned in any course under the pass / fail option; must obtain at least three times more points than the number of calculable credits recorded by the Registrar; and must be at least in the top quartile of their school or college.
