Denver, Colorado, Aug 03, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – MindSpark Learning ® (MindSpark ™), a nonprofit organization that provides extraordinary and lasting learning experiences for educators and professionals, is pushing the concept of ‘disruption for de bon ”further than ever before in the education sector with the launch of Disruption Certification (D-Cert). D-Cert is designed to recognize and reward the highest possible standards in education.

The Disruption certification uses a human-centered architecture designed to renew the global education system, with district and school leaders at the forefront of change. This certification is not a dressing but a solution that gives meaning and value to the main levers of education. The D-Cert is based on emerging practices focused on accountability, transparency and performance. This certification is intergenerational and is accompanied by a duality to retain and develop our talents as educators, while activating the next generation to take its place in the labor market.

While companies have long focused on stakeholder value, education has been slow to follow suit and recognize the wider ecosystem. The global education landscape is changing and D-Cert is defining a new set of rules. D-Cert’s strong peer-to-peer network will fuel a collective vision, amplify the voices of the strongest education leaders, and foster lasting prosperity for our society. It will put intelligence into practice by improving skills and uplifting educators around the world – changing mindsets and behaviors about what it means to lead and learn.

“There is not a single industry where disruption for the good has to take root more than in the one sector that underlies all the others: education. We developed the Disruption certification on the premise that the world should view education as a high impact sector, ”said Kellie Lauth, CEO of MindSpark. “Think of B-corp for education. We call on all school and district leaders who are ready to make system-level change to engage in this work. It’s time to stop talking about the big education reset and make it happen. ”

“As a direct beneficiary of high quality education, I am an example of how transformative education can be. I came from a neighborhood where the public school system was in shambles. It was only by finding the right educators that I was able to get into college and eventually college, ”said Michael Lear, SVP Capital Group and member of the Blue Engine board. “The educational space is ripe for disruption. D-Cert provides a basis to help ensure that our education systems have as much impact and a positive effect on as many children as possible. I am proud to support this much needed work.

At the heart of this new perturbation certification is a proprietary capacity model called the Education Disruption Quotient or ed / quotient. The model incorporates four dimensions essential to reengineering education and its desired outcomes: well-being, innovation, inclusion and workforce. MindSpark Learning’s D-Cert will transform classrooms, schools, districts, and the broader education-in-the-workplace ecosystem.

If you are a school or district leader ready to make room for innovation and reform, find out about your organization’s education / quotient today! And if you are a teacher, please forward this announcement to your school or district leadership team.
